Accommodation Reservation Facilitation -
Through the Site, ilif hotels provides an online platform through which you can browse different types of lodging and temporary accommodation, including but not necessarily limited to hotels, hostels, serviced apartments, B&Bs, rooms for rent, cottages, etc. (collectively, the “Accommodation(s)”) and make reservations with such Accommodations, including already making payment for such reservations of Accommodations in advance with a credit card, debit card or such other payment method to facilitate the processing of such payment (“Payment Instrument”). By making a booking through the Site, you make an offer to book a reservation at the price listed for such reservation and such other terms and conditions stated on the Site. You will receive proof of the confirmed Accommodation booking via an e-mail confirmation (with a voucher for prepaid Accommodations),which means the reservation has been confirmed by the Accommodation.We reserve the right not to accept you or bookings (or in exceptional cases to cancel confirmed ones) at our discretion and for whatever (legal) reason without the need to justify such refusal.In case a booking is rejected or cancelled by ilif hotels and a payment has already been made, you will receive a refund of the total booking value. ilif hotels also works with other companies, including BOOKING.COM B.V., MMT , GOIBIBO, YATRA, EXPEDIA, AGODA to offer reservations options in Accommodations to guests. In that cases, you will receive a confirmation referring to such other companies.
Taxes and Fees :-
Our Accommodation suppliers, as vendors, include all applicable taxes in the amount billed and ilif hotels pays over such amounts directly to the vendors. ilif hotels is not a co-vendor associated with the vendors with whom we book or reserve your travel arrangements. Taxability and the appropriate tax rate and the type of applicable taxes vary greatly by location.
Guest Review Terms:
These Guest Review Terms (“Guest Review Terms”) describe the submission and utilization of any guest review information submitted after the booking of accommodation, on the Website where you placed your booking. By submitting Your response, You accept and concur to be bound by these Guest Review Terms.
1. Eligibility :
1.1 Any Guest Review questionnaire must be consummated by the person (or party) who stayed
in and booked the accommodation. Only one questionnaire should be consummated per stay.
1.2 You must not submit Your response to the questionnaire if You:- (a) did not stay in the
accommodation; (b) are less than 18 years old;or (c) have a personal or business connection
to the accommodation provider or any of its staff.
1.3 You must not forward the questionnaire to someone else, sanction anyone else to consummate the questionnaire or impersonate or endeavor to impersonate another person.
2. Right to Utilize Your Content
2.1 We may publish, check, edit or abstract all or part of the ratings, reviews, comments,
photographs or other information and material, including your denomination, town and country, which you submit to us ('Your Content'), at Our sole discretion. We do not check, monitor or
moderate any utilizer ratings, comments or reviews You submit to Us, nor do We check their exact inception, and Your Content may be automatically uploaded to the site.
2.2 You retain any copyright You may have in Your Content. By submitting material to Us, You
grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive ecumenical licence to
use, copy, edit, habituate, publish, translate, engender adaptations from, make available,
communicate and distribute Your Content (in whole or part) and/or to incorporate it in
other works in any form, media, or technology now kenned or later developed. By submitting
Your Content, You warrant that You have the right to grant this licence. The licence is
capable of sub-license by Us for example to the Establishment in question, to Our booking
partners and to other public or private entities with whom We have dealings.
2.3 To the extent sanctioned by law, You waive Your moral rights (e.g. the right to be
identified as author or to remonstrate to derogatory treatment) in Your Content. As a result We can:
a) Perpetuate to publish all or part of Your Content, including Your comments, ratings,
photographs, denomination, town and country, even if You transmute Your mind and optate Us to abstract it;
b) Abstract Your Content, even if You have not breached these Guest Review Terms;
c) Utilize all or part of Your Content in promoting Our products and accommodations (e.g. We may use Your Content in Our advertising and other publications);
d) Edit Your Content, which may result in a part of it being modified and exhibited,
including without Your designation.
2.5 Your utilizer review may appear on the website of the Establishment in question and on
germane third party accommodation booking and information websites.
3. Submission of Your Content
3.1 You must give Your veracious opinion about the accommodation predicated on Your experience of Your stay or any communications You might have had with the accommodation provider afore Your stay in preparation for Your stay.
3.2 Once Your review is online, anyone with internet access can read it. Please ascertain
Your comments are pellucid to ascertain that they are not misunderstood. Do not forget that You are liable for what You submit. Please consider how Your comments could be received by
others as well as any lawful regulations concerning abuse, defamation and racial execration
etc. Many variants of people of different ages may view Your comments.
3.3 Please be polite. Do not utilize expletives or crude or sexual language. Only English is
sanctioned on this Website. Keep Your submissions germane. Do not vilify other contributions or
discuss the non-appearance or abstraction of any content. Comments should be obeisant of
people's privacy
3.4 You must not submit any material that is:
a) (i) libellous, malignant, threatening, mendacious, bamboozling, offensive, abusive, zdiscriminatory, harassing or racist; (ii) a breach of confidentiality or someone's privacy
(for example, You must not submit the telephone number, electronic mail address or other contact details of any person), (iii) indecent, obscene or of a sexual nature;
b) is liable to: (i) cause alarm or distress; (ii) inspirit violence or racial or religious execration;
c) infringes any astute property rights, such as copyright and trademarks. You must own the rights in everything You submit (e.g. photos and comments) or must obtain sanction from the rights owner to submit the material;
d) advertises any product or accommodations or is for any other commercial purport;
e) impersonates anyone else or otherwise misrepresents Your identity, affiliation or
status;
f) could prejudice any active licit proceedings of which You are vigilant;
g) is technically inimical (including, without inhibition, computer viruses, logic bombs,
Trojan horses, worms, corrupted data or other malignant or deleterious software, data, components or conduct);
h) is in breach of these Guest Review Terms,Booking Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy;
i) is, emboldens or edifies conduct that is a malefactor offence, gives elevate to civil
liability, or is otherwise unlawful;
j) includes links to any websites or webpages.
3.5 You must not endeavor to circumvent any protections We inserted place for the security
and operation of the questionnaire or Our booking or review processes.
3.6 You must not re-submit content which You are vigilant has been refused or removed.
